Canine Cushings disease

My dog has EVERY symptom of Canine Cushings disease. I have taken her to the vet twice and had a zillion test run, only to have them tell me, the test are inconclusive. This last time the vet basically said he couldn't find anything that "She is just getting older." My dog is a female approx. 10 years of age. Lab sheppard mix rescue. She has changed dramitcally in
the last few months. I can't sit back and just let her die without trying something! She had been so active before January 2007. We would go to the park and hike several miles everyday! Now she can barely make it up the stairs. She can't sleep through the night due to bladder issues, not to mention urinating in the house which has never happened before. Sorry I've probably given you more info than you needed. I've had very good luck personally going with a homeopathic type approach to my own health isses. I've been considering the homeopathic drops for the tratment of cushings. Is this a safe alternative? What are the bad side effects. Please reply soon. I hate to let anymore time slide by.

My kitten was recently diagnosed with asthma. What other treatments are
available - natural / homeopathic - to maintain her health. She is on
prednisone now- I don't like the idea for long term maintenance. Thanks.

Lead poisoning treatment for dog and cat?

I have lead poisoning probably from the city water. I am getting
treatments for it. However, my dog and cat have been drinking the same water.

What treatments should they be receiving. I have scheduled a vet appointment for them.

13 yr old Chow mix with multiple issues. Want holistic help

My dog Bucky is a 13 year old Lab/Chow Mix. He takes Levothyroxine
.6mg, 1pill twice a day for Hypothyroidism. He also gets a joint supplement
called Cety M.

I am looking for Holistic Medicines that would help with the health issues
Bucky is having as explained next -

He has always had fatty tumors, and has had a lot removed surgically. But
he has developed a fatty tumor up in the crease of his inner thigh, which if
surgically removed would be almost impossible to heal because of movement.

The other main problem he has is incontinence, which he wears a diaper
for. We had extensive tests done to find out why he dribbles all the time.
They diagnosed him with nerve compression in the L6 vertebrae. They said he
is in no pain, but it is the reason for the incontinence, plus he has muscle
loss in his rear end and hind legs. He also has some loss of feeling in his
tail. Despite all this, he does still get around great and play a bit. The
specialist said we could do surgery on the spinal nerve, but there is no
gaurantee it will help. He said this may be the worst it will get. We are
afraid the recovery from such a

surgery will be more than he can handle at his age.
