I would like to know if there are any natural alternatives. Her liver enzymes are elevated and I do not want to put her into renal failure. If she is to live I want her to have quality rather than miserable quantity.
Thank you

Sorry about this bad disease.
FYI the pred will not cause kidney failure and the elevated liver enzymes are likely not a problem either. What other "bad reactions" is she having?

Hi There,
You might want to consider homeopathy or organic food based supplements.
